BEFORE PREORDERING:
Subject: Preorder for [date and time for pick-up] PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK DATE!!
Body: Which donuts you would like, how many, filling or nonfilled, pick up date, pick up time, and contact number.
Please specify in full TEXT which donuts and quantity rather than attaching our samples.
Please DO NOT call our shop or walk in to place your order.
All orders must be submitted online to avoid any miscommunication.
All emails will be responded to within 24 hours.
Please remember your pick up date and time as you will not be receiving a notification
on when your donuts are ready. You are responsible for your order. If unsure about the
status of your donuts (on the day of pick up), please do not wait for a confirmation email. Call us.
Should there be any cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

When should I place my preorder?- As soon as possible! We receive orders weeks to even months in advance and tend to book up quick. Anywhere from 48 hours to 3 weeks in advance is perfect.

Should I walk in or call the store to place my order?- Neither. Please direct ALL preorder inquiries to our email at fantasticdonutla@gmail.com. Email will also serve as confirmation/proof of your order and will allow us to contact you should there be any question or concerns.

I have a party coming up with both kids and adults attending. What would you recommend I order?- What we usually suggest is to have a mix of toppings/classics and animals--the best of both worlds for your guests! You can never go wrong with variety; give them choices! Animal, cereal, oreo, sugar, chocolate donuts! Make sure it's a party in their mouths, too!

What time are pick ups available?- While our services are 24-hours, our preorder schedule does not start until 7:30am (or later, depending on the size of your order).

What containers/boxes are available?-

Regular size donuts-- clear containers that hold 1, 2, and 4 donuts.

Regular size donuts-- white bakery box that will fit 12 donuts.

Donut holes-- clear containers that hold approximately 4, 10, 12, and 23 donut holes

Donut holes-- white bakery box that will fit approximately 63 donut holes.

Is there a minimum to place an order?- None.

Do you deliver?- We currently do not offer any delivery services at the moment.

If I pick up the day before, will the donuts still be okay?- Be sure to refrigerate the donuts and keep them away from the heat to avoid icing from melting. Take the donuts out at least 2 hours prior to serving and they will be good to go!
